An integrated management system according to an embodiment of the present invention manages a virtual currency if a customer makes a purchasing activity with a seller affiliated with a second department management system using the virtual currency issued or managed by a first department management system. The integrated management system includes a card registering unit for receiving a registration request from a customer terminal with regard to a card issued by the second department management system and processing a registration, a payment processing unit for approving payment by receiving a payment validity confirmation from the first department management system by receiving a payment approval request for the payment using the card from the second department management system, and a settlement processing unit for receiving a settlement request from the second department management system and transmitting the settlement request to the first department management system. Accordingly, the present invention can operate a virtual currency system suitable for an international environment.
