A simultaneous optimization method of channel selection and frame scheduling for coexistence of LTE and WLAN in an unlicensed band, which is performed by a baseband unit (BBU) pool, comprises: a step of selecting a component carrier (CC) having the highest idle probability by considering an idle probability of the CC in an unlicensed band; a step of determining the number (N^I) of idle subframes in the selected CC by considering a residence time in a WLAN system queue; and a step of allocating a resource block (RB) to an LTE user terminal in a cell based on the selected CC and the number of idle subframes. High throughput and fairness can be achieved in LTE and WLAN in the unlicensed band by appropriately selecting resources in a frequency domain and a time domain in LTE.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
