Provided is a super-hydrophilic coating method. According to the present invention, by making sidewalls of a swimming pool mostly located in a basement super-hydrophilic, it is possible to prevent accumulation of foreign substances or stains of water stagnant or circulating in the swimming pool, decrease turbidity of water in the swimming pool, and reduce maintenance costs for the swimming pool, thereby enabling management of the swimming pool in an economically feasible way.
