The present invention relates to a health monitoring system for a companion animal. The health monitoring system includes: a wireless sensor module comprising the diaper or the bowel pad of a companion animal and a biometric data measurement device; a user smartphone including an application for wirelessly communicating with the biometric data measurement device of the wireless sensor module and an application server and displaying data analyzed by the application server; and an application server which comprises an information communication part for wirelessly communicating with the user smartphone, a database and an analysis part for analyzing data collected from the biometric data measurement device. It is possible to reduce the costs and time required to maintain the health of the companion animal.
