The present invention relates to a composition capable of helpfully treating and preventing leaky gut syndrome, especially leaky gut syndrome caused by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) by comprising a potassium-competitive acid blocker (p-cab) as an active component.
