The present invention relates to a light guide module that can be efficiently applied to a flexible display device and a backlight device having the same. The light guide module of the present invention comprises: a first light guide film; a second light guide film combined with the first light guide film; a guide prism having a light incident surface, a first guide surface and a second guide surface, and interposed between the first light guide film and the second light guide film such that an end of the first light guide film is combined with the first guide surface, and an end of the second light guide film is combined with the second guide surface; and an adhesive layer for combining the first light guide film, the second light guide film and the guide prism.
