The present invention relates to a sexual function diagnosis system using a smart condom and a service method thereof. The purpose of the technique is to detect, in real time, biological changes signals such as erection stiffness, erection duration, ejaculation time, ejaculation volume, friction frequency, etc., by mounting a biometric sensor on a condom used for contraception or sexual disease prevention; transmit the detected biometric signal to a user smart terminal by a near filed mobile communication module; and enable a user to diagnosis sexual function abnormality such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, weakening of persistence, ejaculatory disorder, etc. by using a sexual function diagnosis application using the transmitted biometric signal. Therefore, the user can safely protect and manage the confidential information on the sexual function of the user, and actively prepare treatment methods and countermeasures with respect to the diagnosis result. To this end, the system comprises a smart condom, the user′s smart terminal, the sexual function diagnosis application, and an operator server of a condom provider. By using the constructed system, the service method performs a sexual function sensing information recording step, a sexual function sensing information transmitting step, a sexual function diagnosis and test step, and an additional medical service providing step.
