A boiler, which is a heating apparatus, circulates water headed by a heat exchanger to radiate heat in a heating space so as to perform heating a room. The most important thing is to improve high energy efficiency and environmentally-friendly features when the water is headed in the heat exchanger. The high energy efficiency is to make hot water from used energy through heat exchange at a high thermal efficiency in the heat exchange and the environmentally-friendly feature is to suppress generation of greenhouse gas and air pollutant, which are recently highlighted, caused by combination of fossil fuel. According to the present invention, since an electronic boiler using a pipe coated with a transparent thin film heating element uses electricity, various kinds of air pollutants and the greenhouse gas are not generated. Since a high thermal efficiency is expected due to a structure of a heat exchanger, an environmentally-friendly and high efficiency boiler expected by a modern society is provided. The tubes coated with the transparent thin film heating element are connected in series to maximize a contact area with heating water so as to improve energy efficiency and the heating water heat-exchanged in the transparent thin film heating element is circulated through a pump to radiate heat to a heating space so as to perform heating. Moreover, a heating temperature is freely adjusted by a temperature controller, and temperature, overheat, and water level sensors are installed inside and outside the boiler to remove all risk factors used by a user.
