The present invention relates to a P2P loan system and method between tenants using a rental management server and, more specifically, to a system and a method for allowing tenants to receive loan with an intermediate interest rate within self-burden of lease warranty money through a rental management server between the tenants living in a rental apartment house. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the P2P loan system between tenants using a rental management server comprises: a borrower tenant terminal which is connected to a rental management server in a complex, allows a borrower tenant to input a loan condition including loan money needed for him/her, and pays a monthly interest to a lender tenant through the rental management server when loan money is received from the lender tenant; a lender tenant terminal which is connected to the rental management server in the complex, allows a lender tenant to input a loan condition including loan money to be provided, and deposits loan money in an account of a borrower tenant through the rental management server if a loan contract is met; and the rental management server which performs vectorization on each inputted loan condition in multi-axes of each element of the loan conditions, matches the loan conditions of a borrower tenant and a lender tenant not only in the same rental apartment house complex but also in different rental apartment house complexes on the basis of a multi-dimensional vector, connects the borrower tenant terminal with the lender tenant terminal to make loan between tenants, and receives brokerage fees therefrom.
