The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing subclinical johne disease containing an agent, capable of amplifying or detecting a HGF or GBP6 gene, a marker gene for two kinds of subclinical johne disease, a kit for diagnosing subclinical johne disease containing the composition, and to a method for diagnosing subclinical johne disease by using the composition or the kit. When the composition for diagnosing the subclinical johne disease of the present invention is used, it is possible to effectively diagnose the subclinical johne disease, which does not show symptoms of johne even though a patient is infected with a johne disease causative organism, thereby being widely used for prevention through early diagnosis of the johne disease.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
