The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stable biocompatible oxygen-nanobubble contrast agent for an ultrasound image. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing a stable biocompatible oxygen-nanobubble contrast agent for an ultrasound image comprises: a step of preparing poly(2-hydroxyethyl aspartamide) (PHEA); a step of synthesizing an amphiphilic polyamino acid derivative; a step of forming a lipid thin film; and a step of manufacturing oxygen-nanobubbles. The method for manufacturing a stable biocompatible oxygen-nanobubble contrast agent for an ultrasound image of the present invention can manufacture a biocompatible oxygen-nanobubble contrast agent.
