The present invention relates to a composition for selectively and complexly exhibiting flame retarding, antistatic, antibacterial, antifungal, decomposition preventing, heat insulating, dew condensation preventing, and humidity controlling functions, and freezing preventing performance; and application products using the same. The composition has easily combustible properties since plastic materials of the composition are mostly formed of organic materials. Particularly, an existing foam product including an air layer (air bubbles) in a large amount is vulnerable to fire compared to a concrete or a metal panel, and there are concerns that moisture allows mold to be generated, and the temperature or humidity difference between inside and outside of the product may cause dew to be generated in an existing foam product manufactured by using water vapor and absorption action of a large amount of the air bubbles. Further, there is a concern that existing water-soluble adhesive products and others are damaged by freezing due to cold weather. Products produced from the composition and a manufacturing method of the present invention have functions of: inhibiting ignition when fire breaks out; inhibiting various bacteria and preventing decomposition by antibacterial and antifungal properties; enabling antistatic properties to remove fine dust stuck to surfaces of the products due to surface resistance; purifying air quality; reducing an electric field; inhibiting a dew condensation phenomenon caused by porosity; lowering a freezing point of components of the composition; increasing a boiling point of the components of the composition; controlling humidity; and repelling insects. The water-soluble adhesive products are damaged by freezing particularly at sub-zero weather temperatures. On the other hand, the composition of the present invention is suitable for the above-mentioned functions even in an unfavorable environment. Therefore, the composition of the present invention has been produced to obtain selective multi-functions in accordance with applied environment, place, and product such that products helping to maintain pleasant living and life can be produced and developed.
