Disclosed are an implantable hearing aid device and a mastication noise reduction device thereof. The implantable hearing aid device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a microphone that can be implanted in a temporal bone of an implanting target; a piezoelectric sensor making contact with the temporal bone in a state in which the microphone is implanted in the temporal bone and capturing a mastication noise generated by the mastication motion of the implanting target; and a noise eliminator for removing the mastication noise from an acoustic signal collected by the microphone using the mastication noise collected by the piezoelectric sensor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mastication noise is captured with high efficiency by the piezoelectric sensor and the noise is removed from the acoustic signal based on energy difference of the captured mastication noise, so the signal-to-noise ratio of the acoustic signal can be increased.
