The present invention relates to a repair unit for repairing leakage and contaminated sites around a handrail of a veranda and a repairing method using the repair unit, capable of repairing contaminated sites around the handrail installed in the veranda and preventing separation of external wall concrete of a building by preventing leakage. The repair unit is formed of a polygonal thin plate so as to cover a bottom surface (10) installed with the handrail of the veranda, is formed with at least one fixing groove (30) inserted and fixed with a handrail supporting rod (20), is formed with a rainwater guiding piece (31) which is formed to be bent toward the inner direction and guides rainwater to fall without being permeated to the inside of the building at a terminal end of one side thereof, and is formed with a cut portion (32) cut to the other side direction of the rainwater guiding piece (31) such that a handrail supporting rod (20) can be drawn into one side of the fixing groove (30).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
