The present invention relates to a control system for a grid-connected inverter with an LCL-filter. The control system for a grid-connected inverter with an LCL-filter according to the present invention includes: an inverter configured to receive a DC voltage from a DC power supply to convert the DC voltage into an AC voltage for interconnection to a grid power system, and configured to perform power synchronization with the grid power system by on/off operations of a plurality of semiconductor switch elements therein; an LCL filter unit positioned between the inverter and the grid power system and having a first inductor connected to an output terminal of the inverter, a second inductor connected to an input terminal of the grid power system, and a capacitor connected between the first inductor and the second inductor, to reduce harmonic waves mixed in the AC voltage outputted from the inverter; and a control unit configured to output a control signal for feeding back and processing a current inputted to the grid power system and controlling the inverter, wherein the control unit includes a current controller configured to feedback and process the current inputted to the grid power system and output q-axis and d-axis reference voltages to reduce adverse effects due to a distorted grid voltage and a changed parameter.
