According to the present invention, provided is an electrode tab coupling member. An electrode assembly including a positive electrode, a separation film, and a negative electrode is embedded in a battery case. The electrode assembly couples electrode tabs of a battery cell in which each of electrode tabs protrudes outward from a battery case and a plurality of electrode plates are stacked in a state in which a separation film is interposed between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The electrode tab coupling member comprises: a first plate facing a first surface of electrode tabs; a second plate facing a second surface of the electrode tabs facing the first surface; and a pressing member formed to pressurize a gap between the first plate and the second plate. The electrode tabs are positioned between the first plate and the second plate. When the pressing member presses the first plate and the second plate, the electrode tabs are fixed and coupled to each other.
