The present invention relates to a guideline construction method related to an influence area inside a body of an argon-plasma jet. The present invention comprises: a step of uniformly arranging a cell having a subject on a substrate of an argon-plasma jet device; a step of radiating the argon-plasma jet (called ′plasma′ below) on the cell arranged on the substrate; and a step of comparing reaction data of the subject inside the cell where the plasma is radiated with reference data of a control group where the plasma is not radiated to set an influence area where the plasma affects.
