Compositions, and systems that facilitate precise paging of sequence data, such as genomic sequence data, through segmentation and rearrangement of nucleic acid molecules in a manner that conserves individual molecular phases or physical connectivity information. This involves binding molecules independently of their phosphodiester skeleton, cleaving the molecule, ligating, and sequencing the molecule through a long reading sequence sequencing technique to recover segment sequence information across at least one more segment .
