A method for disposal of building floor wet grinding sludge waste according to the present invention is a method for disposal of liquid sludge waste produced during wet grinding of a building floor, which comprises: a wet grinding step for spraying water on the floor and rotating a grinding blade to grind the floor; a solidification step performed after the wet grinding step to solidify the sludge waste by mixing a superabsorbent resin powder with the liquid sludge waste produced in the wet grinding step; and a sludge removal step performed after the solidification step and removing the solidified sludge waste from the floor.
