摘要

The present invention provides a high adhesive shoe midsole composition making a non-ultraviolet ray process possible, and a method for manufacturing a shoe sole using the composition. The method comprises the steps of: preparing a master batch making the non-ultraviolet ray process possible; mixing the master batch, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), poly olefin elastomer (POE), zinc oxide (ZnO), zinc stearic (Zn/St) acid, stearic acid (St/A), calcium carbonate (CaCO_3), a cross-linking agent, a cross-linking activator, and a foaming agent into a composition; foaming the composition to manufacture the midsole; covering a solvent based or a water-based primer on the midsole, and drying the same; and bonding the midsole with an in-sole or an out-sole in a non-ultraviolet state which does not radiate an ultraviolet ray to obtain the shoe sole. Therefore, the present invention reduces working time and work processing costs through the non-ultraviolet process, improves elastic modulus of a foamed body, and obtains bonding strength proper for a work.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
