The present invention relates to a system for automatically managing medical-related products including specially controlled drugs. More specifically, states of being in stock and prescription results of medical-related products distributed or prescribed in different phases can be automatically checked. The system for automatically managing medical-related products including specially controlled drugs comprises: a check module (12) which checks information of medical-related products disposed by a plurality of processing institutions (11_1-11_N); an information extraction module (13) which extracts distribution information and disposal information of each medical-related product from the check module (12); a product management database (14) which stores the information extracted by the information extraction module (13); a classification and search module (15) which searches for medical-related product information stored in the product management database (14); and a management server (20) which checks distribution states and states of being in stock of the medical-related product from the medical-related product information transmitted from the information extraction module (13) and stored in the product management database (14).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
