Provided are a light transmittance control film composition and a light transmittance control film. According to the present invention, the light transmittance control film includes: a matrix part including a copolymer and a polymer chain combined with the copolymer; and a polymer derived from a first monomer and dispersed parts provided in the matrix parts. The polymer chain is induced from the first monomer and represents first light transmittance during the application of an external force and second light transmittance larger than the first light transmittance if the external force is removed. Accordingly, the present invention can simply control the light transmittance.
