Disclosed is a bed type massage therapy device convertible into a chair and having neck traction therapy and knee heating and massage functions. The massage therapy device comprises: a bed part; a back acupressure unit installed at an upper body support portion to massage the back and the spine of a user lying on the upper body support portion; a neck traction device installed at one side of the upper body support portion to be separable and tracking the neck of the user; and a knee acupressure device installed on a lower body support portion to be separable and massaging the knee of the user with heat by applying heat while applying acupressure to the knee of the user. The bed part comprises: the upper body support portion supporting the upper body of the user; a first leg portion fixatedly installed at four corners of the upper body support portion for supporting the upper body support portion with respect to the ground; a lower body support portion installed to be foldable with respect to the upper body support portion, supporting the lower body of the user when the bed is used in an unfolded state, and supporting legs of the user when being used as a chair in a folded state; a second leg portion installed at both sides of one side end of the lower body support portion to be foldable for supporting the lower body support portion with respect to the ground; and a support with a back support function formed along the other end of the lower body support portion to support the lower body support portion with respect to the ground when used as a bed or used as a back support for supporting the back of the user when used as a chair.
