The present invention relates to a patient specific drill guide made by a 3D printer for posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a patient specific drill guide made by a 3D printer for posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the drill guide is applied to posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, and a surface corresponding to an external surface of the neck bone is provided to place a guide pin in a desired position by being fitted into a unique bone shape of a patient.
