According to an embodiment of the present invention, another novel pathogenicity-related protein can be used for diagnosing an allergy for fagales plant pollen. The protein is a main allergen of quercus mongolica which is a dominant species of Korea, so that a result of diagnosing the allergy for the fagales plant pollen by using the protein has high reliability and validity. Also, the protein can be used as a composition for preventing or treating the allergy for the fagales plant pollen. The protein includes a polypeptide or a fragment thereof which includes an amino acid sequence having a sequence homology of 96% or more with an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1.
