The present invention relates to a composition having endosomolysis activity and a composition for delivering a non-virus drug which include poly(pyridoxal 5-phosphate) (pP5P), which is a polymer of a pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P5P), as an effective ingredient, or a manufacturing method of a pP5P compound. The pP5P exhibits not only endosomolysis activity but also a function to deliver a drug into a nucleus, antioxidant activity and solubility at neutral pH, so that the composition delivers a non-virus drug into a body to be usefully used as the composition for delivering a drug capable of maximizing bioavailability.
