The present invention relates to a grouping and prognostic prediction system based on biological characteristics of stomach cancer. Using quantitative test results of the mRNA expression level of the prognostic target gene group of advanced stomach cancer, an algorithm can be developed, which can predict the prognosis in terms of survival rate and can be used as supplementary information to determine the treatment method of stomach cancer patients.
