The present invention relates to a magnetic photosynthetic membrane vesicle and a method for producing NMN by combining biosynthetic enzymes of nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) with the same. The present invention can reduce purification costs in the production of useful materials using the enzymes in vitro by immobilizing the biosynthetic enzymes of the NMN and using the magnetic photosynthetic membrane vesicle and can continuously produce the useful materials by easily separating and reusing each enzyme and photosynthetic vesicle from a reaction solution.
