The present invention relates to chemical agent protective clothing material with improved comfortability and wearability by compounding a chemical agent protective clothing material with a nanofiber capable of protecting a human body from a chemical agent, and a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises: manufacturing a functional nanofiber web by applying a functional material capable of protecting a human body from a chemical agent to a nanofiber; and manufacturing a chemical agent protective clothing material that controls the functional nanofiber web with multiple layers by variously controlling the number of laminations, a lamination order, etc., to provide a protective gear.
