The present invention relates to collecting aquatic organisms distributed in the intertidal zone by an operation of an operator. The present invention provides a semiautomatic collector for aquatic organisms in the intertidal zone, comprising: a main body having an accommodating space formed therein for accommodating aquatic organisms; a suction unit mounted on the main body unit and sucking aquatic organisms into the accommodating space; an elastic restoring unit mounted on the main body unit and providing an elastic restoring force to the suction unit to form a negative pressure in the accommodating space; and an operating unit mounted on the main body unit and selectively operating the elastic restoring unit. According to the semiautomatic collector for aquatic organisms in the intertidal zone according to the present invention, a main spring instantly moves a suction plate by operating the operation button of the operator so that the aquatic organisms living in the intertidal zone can be sucked with constant and strong force and speed without any individual difference of the operator.
