The present invention relates to an underwater non-disjunction additive composition added for the production of an underwater non-disjunction grout for injecting ground, which comprises 0.1 to 30 wt% of a superabsorbent polymer resin powder; 0.1 to 30 wt% of a porous resin powder for heavy metal adsorption; 0.1 to 10 wt% of a thickener powder; 0.1 to 40 wt% of a foaming agent powder; and 20 to 50 wt% of a hardwood powder, and thus even if there is a flow of groundwater on the underground excavation surface and on the incision slope, the grout is not lost after the injection, there is no environmental pollution, and the bearing capacity and pullout resistance of a reinforced material are ensured to enhance the ground strength and prevent the collapse of the slope.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
