The present invention relates to a system for providing a fitness course to a user which comprises: a user device collecting body information and activity data of the user; and a service providing server providing a customized fitness course to the user by using the body information and the activity data collected from the user device. According to the present invention, activity information of the user is collected and is linked with a smart device, thereby proposing an exercise time to the user and reserving an exercise schedule.
