Provided are a press mold to make a pulsator of a washing machine, capable of performing drawing, trimming, piercing, and flanging processes of a process for making a blank into a pulsator with one mold, and a control method thereof. To this end, according to the present invention, the press mold to make a pulsator of a washing machine comprises: a lower mold; and an upper mold to make a blank into a pulsator in a space formed between the upper and lower molds on the upper side of the lower mold by pressing force coupled to the lower mold. The lower mold comprises: a lower mold holder; a lower mold die disposed on the upper side of the lower mold holder, placing the blank thereon, and having a plurality of piercing holes formed thereon; a blank holder disposed on the outer circumference of the lower mold die; a piercing die disposed to penetrate the central part of the lower mold die so as to vertically move; and a piercing die control unit to control vertical movement of the piercing die. The upper mold comprises: an upper mold holder; an upper die disposed on the lower side of the upper mold holder to vertically move; an upper mold die control unit to control vertical movement of the upper mold die; an upper mold center punch to penetrate the central part of the upper mold die, which is a portion corresponding to the piercing die; an upper mold outer punch coupled to the lower side of the upper mold holder to be disposed on the outer side than the upper mold die; and a plurality of piercing pins coupled to the upper hold holder to penetrate the upper mold die and disposed corresponding to the piercing holes, respectively.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
