The present invention relates to a variable fluid damper using a magnetorheological elastomer (MR-E) and orifice control, which is able to control a damping force in real time while selectively increasing or decreasing an inner diameter of an orifice via the MR-E. To this end, the variable fluid damper using the MR-E and the orifice control according to the present invention comprises: a cylinder body formed in a tube shape, wherein the cylinder body comprises: an internal pipe in which vertical reciprocation of a piston is performed by external forces; and an external pipe having a fluid moving hole communicating with the internal pipe, and formed outside the internal pipe for movement of the fluid. The MR-E orifice having the diameter thereof varied by a selectively applied magnetic field is formed between an upper fluid moving hole and a lower moving hole within the external pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
