The present invention relates to a buffering device for preventing rock fall on a slope, which is to buffer load applying to a rock fall preventing net that is installed on a slope having a potential rock fall danger such as a cutting area on a roadside. The buffering device for preventing rock fall on a slope comprises: an anchor body which is embedded on the ground for settling; a cylindrical body unit where a penetration hole is formed at the center thereof so that the anchor body can penetrate, and where a plurality of first insertion grooves are formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof so that an elastic member can be inserted; a plurality of disks which are placed on the outer side of the body unit at regular intervals, and of which the outer circumferential surface has an arc shape on a plane so that the outer surface can guide a wire; an elastic member which is inserted into the first insertion grooves in order to pressurize the disks towards the outside; a cover unit which covers the upper part of the disks by being combined with the upper part of the body unit, and has a penetration hole where an anchor body is inserted for combination; and a nut which is combined with the anchor body that protrudes from the upper part of the penetration hole on the cover unit in order to fix the body unit on the ground. In addition, a guide groove is formed on the top surface of the disk in the radius direction while a guide protrusion is formed on the bottom surface of the cover unit in order to be inserted into the guide groove.
