The present invention relates to a preparation method of a black goat-extracted beverage, and a black goat-extracted beverage prepared thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a preparation method of a black goat-extracted beverage, which prepares a beverage with enhanced palatability by eliminating the undesirable smell of black goat, and adding solid materials having fruity flavors; and a black goat-extracted beverage prepared thereby. The preparation method comprises a black goat juice extraction step in which black goat meat and purified water are mixed and heated at 110-130C for 12-36 hours to extract a black goat juice; and a plant juice preparation step in which a plant juice is prepared.
