The present invention relates to a BIM data transform apparatus for a non-uniform slab member, capable of automatically generating BIM data of the uniform slab member from a two-dimensional outline or a three-dimensional curved surface of the outside of a building including a non-uniform rational basis spline (NURBS), and a method thereof. The BIM data transform apparatus for a non-uniform slab member comprises: a slab outline extracting unit configured to extract an outline of a slab from an external shape of a non-uniform building, which is a surface state in a mesh-like or surface shape without any layer separation; a slab forming unit configured to form the slab using input slab forming conditions; a slab data structure exporting unit configured to generates slab structure data for generating slab BIM data of the formed slab and export the generated slab structure data; and a slab BIM data generating unit configured to model the slab using the slab structure data exported from the slab forming unit and generate the slab BIM data.
