The present invention relates to a phone call system based on a near filed communication (NFC) tag. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the phone call system based on the NFC tag includes: a mobile phone receiving the information (NFC information) included in an NFC tag from the NFC tag; and a web server receiving caller information including at least a part of the NFC information and a mobile phone number from the mobile phone. The web server performs a motion of determining that the NFC information provided from the mobile phone and the mobile phone number are included in an NFC information DB, which is a database including an NFC identification number in accordance with NFC, a service name, and service-related information, and in a client DB which is a database including personal informal on a client. The web server provides the mobile phone number of a receiver (including a switchboard) to the mobile phone and performs the motion of storing information corresponding to the caller information including the NFC information and the mobile phone number as a temporary information DB by referring to NFC information DB and client information DB in a case of determining that the mobile phone number and the NFC information provided from the mobile phone are included in the client information DB and the NFC information DB. The mobile phone makes a call to the mobile phone number of the receiver, the switchboard provides the mobile phone number of the mobile phone number to the web server. Also, the switchboard performs a transmitting signal connection motion to the mobile phone of the receiver.
