CLAIMS What is claimed is: 1. A method for secure communication comprising: generating a signature using at least one of a private key, a nonce and an identifier and a key element; And transmitting at least one of a signature, a nonce, a security parameter, and an identifier and a key element, wherein the security parameter associates the user identity with the public key, and the public key is associated with the private key.
