One embodiment of the present invention can provide a deferred prepaid card system based on a mobile app comprising: a mobile terminal which performs a payment through a local wireless communication with a payment terminal; a prepaid card company server which confirms payment information received in real time from the mobile terminal upon a payment with the payment terminal, approves the payment, and settles the cost for mobile usage from the current balance of the mobile terminal; and a deferred card company server which pays for the usage of the mobile terminal later according to a purchase request of the prepaid card company server. The mobile terminal performs a payment with the payment terminal through a mobile app card based on a mobile app, transmits payment information in real time to the prepaid card company server and pays for the usage of the payment terminal according to the approval of the prepaid card company server. According to the present invention, a user does not request any charge, and an automatic charge according to a set standard is possible, such that use is convenient.
