Electrical devices and single layer mutual capacitive touch screens are provided. The touch screen includes multiple sensing electrode groups arranged in parallel in a first direction, multiple bonding pads, multiple first conductors and multiple second conductors. The sensing electrode group includes a first unit including a plurality of first electrodes and a second unit including a plurality of electrode pairs. The electrode pair includes a second electrode on a first side of the first unit and a third electrode on a second side of the first unit. The first conductor and the second conductor are connected to the first electrode and the electrode pair, respectively, corresponding to the bonding pads. Of the two adjacent electrode pairs, the ends adjacent to both the second and third electrodes are opposed to the first electrode in the first direction.
