The present invention relates to a spatial image-drawing system applying reference point location and topographic information, and more specifically, to a spatial image-drawing system applying reference point location and topographic information, which draws a topographic image based on real topographic structures of various buildings which are topographic structures focused on a downtown area to be applied to an accurate position in the topographic image, and which uses drones which can take photographs inexpensively and periodically instead of aerial photography using a flight having a long aerial photography term and requiring high costs, so changed topographic images are quickly reflected and reliable images can be completed.
