The present invention relates to a reusing system of power plant wastewater using ultrasonic EDR. According to the present invention, the reusing system of power plant wastewater using ultrasonic EDR divides concentrated water generated from a ultrafiltration (UF) device, a reverse osmosis (RO) device, and an electrodeionization (EDI) device and highly concentrated ionic wastewater generated during a recycling process of the ion exchange equipment in a manufacturing and treating process of the ultrapure water for a boiler and the cooling water for a cooling tower used for the LNG combined cycle power generation into the recycling water and wastewater by using the ultrasonic EDR, reuses the recycling water, treats and discharges the wastewater to meet the environment regulation criteria in the existing wastewater treatment device, and reuses the water in the desalination, concentration, and refinement processes, thereby minimizing the usage of water for power generation and reducing the generation amount of the wastewater. According to the present invention, the reusing system of the power plant wastewater using the ultrasonic EDR increases the return rate to 99 wt% with respect to the total weight of the used raw water by using the ultrasonic EDR in the treatment process of the water for thermal power generation (pure water and cooling water). Accordingly, the reusing system of the power plant wastewater using the ultrasonic EDR of the present invention can resolve the shortage of water for power plants, extend the life of the membrane by preventing membrane fouling due to blockage of the air holes, prevent environmental contamination by reducing the amount of wastewater generated, and improve the economic efficiency of the process.
