Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a tip-type armature of a control valve for an integrated brake apparatus which improves a type of an armature employed in a solenoid valve of an electronic brake system in a tip type to eliminate a cause of an oil leak and noise generation. According to the present invention, a type of an armature is designed and changed to a tip type to increase shape design freedom, and an outer shape change possibility and design values of a tip-type armature and a valve seat are obtained by theoretical analysis for a flow. Then a small optimized design plan capable of securing existing performance is derived based on the outer shape change possibility and the design values. When the optimized design plan is derived by flow analysis, the tip-type armature is manufactured in accordance with the derived plan. Burnishing is performed to form a spherical shape on an end of the manufactured armature, and a heat treatment is performed. When the heat treatment is completed, polishing is performed to form a spherical surface of a bearing level (grade 10) on the end of the armature, and a surface of the armature is coated. Lastly, quality and sealing performance of the armature are inspected.
