According to the present invention, an easy cleaning type antifouling ceramic coating material is configured by mixing a solvent in which 5-20 weight part of distilled water is mixed with 100 weight part of isopropyl alcohol (IPA), a silane monomer in which methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS) and phenyltrimethoxylsilane (PTMS) are mixed, a silane coupling agent in which vinyl-based silane and amino-based silane are mixed, and a solute including siloxane oil. To 100 weight part of a solvent, 7-15 weight part of the MTMS, 7-15 weight part of the PTMS, 3-8 weight part of the vinyl-based silane, 3-8 weight part of the amino-based silane, and 7-15 weight part of the siloxane oil are mixed.
