The present invention relates to poly(-decalactone)-poly(L-lactide) multi-arm star-shaped thermoplastic elastic copolymers, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer according to the present invention, as a poly(-decalactone)-poly(L-lactide) block copolymer, has more excellent thermal properties, mechanical properties and tensile strength than conventional thermoplastic elastomers, thereby being useful in automobile interior and exterior materials, toys, sports equipment, packaging materials, drip chambers, seals, and medical products such as medical hoses.
