The present invention provides a drone flight vehicle for cleaning, capable of performing a cleaning work and a foreign substance removing work by approaching a structure such as a high-tension wire, a high-tension wire steel tower, an inner wall of a tunnel, an outer wall of a skyscraper, and a cleaning system including the same. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the drone flight vehicle for cleaning includes: multiple propellers generating down-stream to generate propulsion for flight; multiple propeller supporters including the propeller at each end; a main body fixed by being connected to the propeller supporter; multiple energy generating units arranged to correspond to the propeller by being separated from the multiple propellers to the lower side and generating energy by using the down-stream generated in the propeller; a power unit generating power by using a rotation force generated by the energy generating unit; an extending rod telescopically extended to the lower side of the main body and including an upper extending rod and a lower extending rod, which are co-axially connected to each other and vertically arranged, wherein the upper extending rod and the lower extending rod can independently rotate in an axial direction; at least a brush supporter extended from the circumference of the lower extending rod; and multiple cleaning tool units installed at an end of the brush supporter.
