HOT ROOLING APPARUTUS AND HOT ROOLING MOTHOD OF HIGH CHROME FERRITE STAINLESS STEEL

A hot rolling apparatus for hot rolling a high chromium ferrite stainless steel and a hot rolling method are disclosed. A hot rolling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a high chromium ferrite stainless steel having a chromium content of 21.5 wt% or greater and 35 wt% or less as a rolled material, and a finishing mill comprising a plurality of stands arranged in succession. In a fourth stand of the finishing mill, a pushdown load is 1.0 ton/mm or greater and 1.2 ton/mm or less. The pushdown load on the remaining stands is less than the pushdown load on the fourth stand. In addition, optimum grinding conditions and spraying conditions of an on-line roll grinder (ORG) and a hydraulic pressure generating apparatus are provided. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the rolling apparatus and hot rolling method capable of reducing sticking during hot rolling.
