The present invention provides a beta molecular sieve having a multistage channel and a method of synthesizing the same. The molecular sieve has a two-step mesopore structure and is used during the synthesis process as an inducing agent for both micropores and mesopores, such as polyquaternium-6, polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-22 or polyquaternium-39 do. The present invention uses low cost raw materials and simple synthesis methods and has a prospect for a wide range of industrial applications.
