The present invention relates to a digital cast printing apparatus and a digital cast printing method using three-dimensional information. The digital cast printing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a three-dimensional input unit which receives three-dimensional information on an affected part of a patient; a three-dimensional model generation unit which sets an interest range by using the three-dimensional information to generate a plurality of three-dimensional models that are divided into a plurality of regions by using the central axis of a cast penetration direction as an X-axis; and a three-dimensional output unit which outputs the plurality of three-dimensional models by a digital light processing (DLP) method. Therefore, the digital cast printing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention can reduce manufacturing time by printing divided digital casts by using the three-dimensional information.
